Senior Full Stack Developer (Python/AI)

Antal Sp. z o.o. is a recruitment and HR consultancy leader present in 35 countries, operating in Poland since 1996 with over 130 professional recruitment consultants. The project involves a newly established cross-functional team focused on transforming business processes using Artificial Intelligence and cloud technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning including production deployments
• Strong experience with Python and FastAPI
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure Blob Storage)
• Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and context engineering
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of the Python ecosystem (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow)
• Solid SQL skills
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of NLP, OCR, and processing unstructured data
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Azure certifications (DP-100, AI-102, AI-900)
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms such as Kafka or ESB

• Design and develop modern full-stack applications using React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, and LLM-based architectures
• Develop document processing and data extraction solutions leveraging OCR and AI technologies
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, including policy administration platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, and email services
• Deploy and maintain solutions in Microsoft Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines
• Translate business and underwriting requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Drive architecture decisions and mentor team members on best engineering practices
• Ensure compliance with AI Governance and regulatory requirements
