Lead Consultant/Program Lead (Remote)

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven track record in program management leading implementation and/or post-implementation teams with technical understanding
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Project Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work (no visa sponsorship)

• Program Lead IT Operations for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions at customer sites
• Act as the primary liaison managing communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties
• Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting
• Support analysis of customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices post-implementation for continuous improvement
