Mid Product Designer (UX/UI · Mobile)

Future Mind is a design team of about 30 people working on consumer mobile products for recognizable brands such as Żabka, Biedronka, Hebe, LPP, and eobuwie.pl. The company uses AI workflows (Claude + Figma MCP) from day one and supports a structured growth path with quarterly reviews and clear criteria.

• Solid commercial experience with multiple shipped products, including at least one product owned daily over a longer period.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile (iOS/Android) patterns and platform guidelines.
• Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks and flag issues early.
• Fluent in Polish and strong in English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience incorporating AI into workflow.
• Experience with experimentation such as A/B testing and data-informed iteration.
• Experience working embedded directly with client teams rather than through agency layers.
• Growing sense of business context.

• Design high-craft mobile applications, primarily native iOS/Android apps with web components, ensuring clean developer hand-off.
• Match design effort to task complexity, shipping, measuring, and iterating work frequently.
• Own parts of the product end-to-end and maintain clear communication with clients proactively.
• Work using an AI workflow (Claude + Figma MCP) daily.
• Use and extend mature design systems to scale quality.
• Communicate clearly and asynchronously, managing tasks and timelines.
• Grow towards senior level through real ownership, feedback, and shared standards.
