IT Project Manager

DCG is a recruitment company engaged in multiple recruitment projects for partners, focusing on providing continuous support and meeting business needs through experienced professionals.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within complex enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and cross-domain dependencies
• Strong understanding of governance, issue management, backlog management, and escalation processes
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and driving issues through structured resolution
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior management
• Ability to take ownership, challenge processes, and drive accountability across teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

• Own and drive the DQIM governance process, ensuring consistent execution across involved teams
• Lead triage boards and coordinate activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and relevant source teams
• Drive accountability for issue ownership and resolution, escalating blockers when necessary
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress, and escalations
• Ensure data quality issues progress without unnecessary delays
• Identify and implement structural process improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, targeted RCA, closure controls, and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
• Provide clear management reporting on backlog status, progress, risks, and dependencies
• Escalate capacity constraints, ownership gaps, dependencies, and other risks impacting issue resolution
• Support initiatives to achieve sustainable backlog reduction and improve data quality governance

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
