Mid Fullstack Developer (Python, Azure)

Clurgo is a company created by developers for developers. Their teams combine a full spectrum of competencies from software development and infrastructure, through analysis and testing, to strategic product and process management. They carry out various IT projects for clients from multiple industries, focusing on good programming practices and maintaining work-life balance. The role involves joining the project of building the modern platform Underwriter OS, which uses AI agents, language models, and automatic document processing to support business processes in the insurance industry.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/Data Science including production deployments.
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI, and SQL.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience with the Azure platform.
• Knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Practical experience in MLOps including Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of business processes.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Search, Power Platform, and integration tools like Kafka and ESB.
• Azure certifications: DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900.

• Develop applications using Python, FastAPI, and React/Next.js.
• Design and build AI agents using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Build data extraction processes from documents with Azure Document Intelligence.
• Integrate internal systems such as CRM, DMS, policy systems, and Outlook.
• Deploy solutions on the Azure platform.
• Develop and maintain MLOps environment and CI/CD processes.
• Create instructions, prompts, and context engineering mechanisms for AI agents.
• Collaborate with business teams on AI-based solution design.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
