This position is within the Rates/FX Market Risk (MR) Asset Class team, part of the wider Traded Risk department at ALTEN Polska. The team focuses on measuring, monitoring, and reporting market risk compliant with regulatory requirements, and supports audits and regulatory reviews.
Wymagania
- Experience in Market Risk in production or project roles.
- Knowledge of Market Risk concepts and measures.
- Proficiency in Python automation.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently, adapting to current models and project dynamics.
Obowiązki
- Lead support for initiatives aligning Market Risk processes with regulatory changes, primarily focusing on FRTB Standardised Approach and Internal Models Approach.
- Collaborate closely with risk managers, risk analysts, Risk Transformation, Risk IT, Front Office IT, and programme managers.
- Support delivery of an AI-assisted automated workflow including controls, risk explanation, and investigation of excesses.
- Develop and enhance Python-based tools, improve existing solutions, and migrate them to strategic platforms.
- Support maintenance of a robust and comprehensive control framework.
