Product / Quality Lead — Intake, Specification & Effect

Zadbano is a Polish logistics company undergoing a transformation to a technology-platform model, currently with seven engineers. The role focuses on managing the inflow of business needs into measurable specifications and tests to ensure engineering starts with a ready brief.

• Experience converting vague business requests into tested and measured flows
• Fluent in BDD, ATDD, and end-to-end automation; comfortable reading and writing code
• Analytical skills to define event models and interpret data
• AI-native approach to analysis, specification drafting, test generation, and data reading with judgment for impact measurement
• Ability to facilitate between business and engineering with strong written communication
• Proficient in Polish (C1) and English (B2)

• Own the process from request to measured effect: filter business needs into intentions with KPIs before backlog entry
• Translate requirements into scenarios and specifications using BDD/ATDD with a strict Definition of Ready
• Develop and maintain end-to-end tests and automation using Playwright/Cypress for core flows
• Implement product instrumentation including event models, funnels, and KPI read-outs after releases
• Conduct product discovery with users and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate product meetings between business and development teams to agree on priorities based on evidence
