Senior Pentester with German

Upvanta sp. z o.o. provides penetration testing, Red Teaming projects, and security analyses for international clients.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in penetration testing or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10.
• Knowledge of network protocols and Windows/Linux systems.
• Good understanding of web application frontend and backend.
• Experience with Red Teaming, MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT, or Social Engineering.
• Certified in OSCP, OSWE, GPEN or equivalent.
• German language proficiency at B2 level and very good English.
• Ability to independently lead projects and communicate with clients.

Nice to have:

• Participation in Bug Bounty programs.
• Experience with CVE or Responsible Disclosure.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or C++.

• Conduct penetration tests for web applications, mobile, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities.
• Create reports and remediation recommendations.
• Participate in Red Team projects, OSINT, and Social Engineering.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams.
