Wymagania
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments
- Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- API management experience (preferably with Apigee)
- Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms)
- Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize
- Good English skills (at least B2/B2+)
Obowiązki
- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality
- Own the end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges
- Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards
- Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies as an active squad member
