ERP Consultant - Custom Code and Clean Core Governance - RDT ERP

• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming standards, code analysis, debugging, and transport logic.
• Extensive hands-on experience and deep operational background in SAP BASIS and Global Systems Management (GSM) (advantageous).
• Proven experience managing SAP custom code quality, establishing governance frameworks, and driving legacy code decommissioning.
• Hands-on experience or strategic execution background in driving "Clean Core" modernization initiatives within SAP environments (advantageous).
• Experience managing complex transport layers, release management, and controlled change enablement in ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and modern Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (advantageous).
• High proficiency in spoken and written English for global stakeholder communication.

• Drive and champion the "Clean Core" strategy across enterprise SAP S/4 landscapes, advocating standard functionality and modern cloud extensibility.
• Establish strict governance for SAP custom code, design technical performance and health checks with the help of AI tools, and execute systemic decommissioning of obsolete legacy developments.
• Oversee and execute change management processes across complex ERP environments to preserve system integrity and release stability.
• Ensure smooth technical alignment, configuration integrity, and optimal operations across SAP platforms leveraging deep technical and developer expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams, bridging technical operations with solution architecture to ensure business alignment.
