Depositary Services Manager, Officer

State Street is a global financial services company supporting institutional investors worldwide. The role is within the Investment Services function, serving asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally.

• Project and change leadership experience with strong commercial and analytical judgment
• Strong reporting, presentation, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Working knowledge of the fund industry, depositary services, and custody operations
• Preferred degree in technology, accounting, finance, business, or related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, transformation, or implementation
• Preferred project management, change management, or continuous-improvement training or experience
• Advanced proficiency with standard office productivity, reporting, and data analysis tools
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage several priorities
• Preferred experience improving operational processes through workflow, data, or technology solutions

• Lead business-side delivery of projects throughout the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
• Own project scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies, and business readiness
• Analyse current processes, prepare cost-benefit and impact assessments, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
• Coordinate, validate and report management information, key performance indicators, capacity movements, and efficiency outcomes
• Build stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions, and represent the function in project, governance, and operational forums
• Support daily operations

• The role is located in Poland: Gdansk or Krakow
• Senior individual contributor role with no direct reports
• Hybrid work model requiring presence in the office three days per week
• Salary is annually zł132,000 minimum for the primary location; actual salary depends on multiple factors
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Poland
