Senior Fullstack Python/AI Developer

Their services include system development from scratch, maintenance, product implementations, team allocations, and robotic process automation as a gold UiPath partner.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Data Science/AI
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
• Good knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience with LangGraph, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database
• Proficiency in Python libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and SQL
• Experience in MLOps with tools like Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of NLP and OCR techniques
• Experience working with Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Fluent Polish language skills (C2)

• Develop applications using React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using LangGraph/LangChain
• Extract data from broker documents using AI techniques
• Integrate solutions with policy systems, tariff engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines

The cooperation process and onboarding are conducted remotely. The recruitment process includes a telephone interview (up to 30 minutes) and a remote meeting with the project Product Owner (30-60 minutes).
