Financial Crime Intelligence Analyst - Crypto

BVNK is the stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises, now part of Mastercard. The company enables businesses to build financial products, unlock new markets, and move money across 130+ countries, with more than 40 licenses for fiat and digital assets globally. BVNK processes billions annually and delivers infrastructure that makes new forms of money usable within existing financial systems. The team is diverse and spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

• Minimum 1 year experience in digital assets transaction monitoring within a regulated institution, preferably in a B2B context
• Experience reviewing sanctions and watchlist screening alerts within regulated or digital asset settings
• Experience using tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM (or equivalent); blockchain investigative certifications desirable but not required
• Experience drafting and submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
• Motivated and proactive individual contributor comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality investigations
• Genuine interest in digital assets and eagerness to expand knowledge in this space
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills

• Reviewing sanctions and watchlist screening alerts on entities and individuals on relevant lists
• Managing end-to-end financial crime investigations stemming from BVNK’s transaction monitoring system, payment screening tools, blockchain analytics provider, and other triggers
• Drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for submission to relevant authorities
• Seeking and escalating opportunities to enhance BVNK’s control environment
• Working closely with colleagues responsible for transaction monitoring systems; identifying and testing changes to rules in the monitoring system
