Full Stack Engineer

MCAPS-Core focuses on accelerating customer outcomes and business growth by uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission. The role is part of Microsoft's Global Consumption & Delivery Acceleration team, working to accelerate deployment, adoption, consumption, and value realization across the Microsoft AI Business Solutions portfolio.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field and experience in technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing projects in relevant technologies such as cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft platform.
• Project management and relationship management or customer success experience.
• IT-related customer-facing experience.
• Professional fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German languages preferred.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a rapidly evolving AI-first technology landscape.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across diverse stakeholders and virtual teams.
• Effective communication skills for translating technical concepts into customer business value.
• Passion for continuous learning and building expertise across Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, Copilot, Agents, Identity, Data Security, and related technologies.

• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions to accelerate business value and consumption outcomes.
• Deliver consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas, focusing on Purview and Data Security.
• Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and accelerate time-to-value for customers.
• Partner with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve customer outcomes.
• Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by integrating identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions.
• Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing practices, improving playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence.
• Act as a customer advocate, bringing field insights into engineering and product improvement discussions.
