Senior Cloud Solution Architecture - Data Security

As a Data Security Cloud Solution Architect in the Customer Success Unit, you help customers across Europe North strengthen trust in their data by designing and implementing secure cloud solutions. You work at the forefront of data security in an artificial intelligence–driven world, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex security challenges and unlock safe cloud adoption at scale.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 12+ years experience in relevant technical fields, or Master's Degree with strong experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Strong experience leading technical projects.
• Technical and business level Certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications, CISSP, CISM).

• Anticipate, identify, and translate complex customer or partner data security challenges into industry solutions that align with Microsoft's cloud platform strategy.
• Guide and mentor virtual teams and technical communities by role modeling technical readiness in security, resilience, and AI-aligned scenarios.
• Act as the voice of the customer by aggregating feedback and presenting business cases to influence product roadmaps and security features.
• Orchestrate and collaborate across Microsoft and customer teams to deliver secure, resilient, and cost-optimized architectures.
• Lead strategic partner and customer opportunities in the data security space, leveraging market insights and industry trends to shape security offerings and drive consumption.
