LYNXBYTE Games is a Polish game development studio specializing in console porting and co-development services for PC and console games. They work on Nintendo Switch / Nintendo Switch 2 porting, PlayStation and Xbox development, and provide co-development support including technical adaptation and optimization. Their clients range from indie developers to established international publishers, and the company has recently scaled rapidly, working on larger productions including AAA-level projects.
Wymagania
- Experience running delivery or production in a services or project-based business managing portfolios, not just single projects
- Background in gaming or tech services industry
- Direct client-facing experience including difficult conversations
- Strong commercial literacy with understanding of margin, estimation, and profitability
- Comfort with decision making and owning outcomes
- Working knowledge of porting, remakes, remasters, or full game development workflows is a strong plus
- English proficiency sufficient to lead calls with international publishers
Obowiązki

Running live projects with daily status reviews across all active productions

Resolving blockers before escalation

Coordinating between producer, teams, and QA

Owning contractual deadlines and milestone delivery

Acting as first point of contact for client issues such as project slips or technical problems

Running project calls independently

Making decisions on project scope and execution

Managing P&L per project including forecasting, budget consumption, and margin targets

Early detection and escalation of scope creep threatening profitability

Quality control across delivery

Conducting 1:1s with producer and QA lead, coordinating with outsourcing tech leads

Allocating resources across projects

Managing hiring, performance, compensation, and terminations

Driving AI adoption in day-to-day work where beneficial
