Application Support Analyst

Devire Outsourcing IT collaborates with IT specialists on a B2B basis, executing projects for leading clients with innovative and modern initiatives. The client is a multinational organization in the financial sector, part of one of the largest automotive groups in Europe.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in application maintenance or application support.
• Experience in installation, configuration, or support of business applications.
• Knowledge of application and IT infrastructure maintenance.
• Good and comprehensive technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with ITIL and COBIT best practices and processes.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Good work organization and ability to collaborate across IT teams.
• Very good communication skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Resolving incidents and support tickets for 2nd and 3rd line support according to SLA.
• Ensuring service continuity and coordinating escalations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Monitoring application health, analyzing alerts, and identifying improvement areas.
• Maintenance, configuration, and optimization of business applications.
• Implementing deployments, updates, and configuration changes in test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Collaborating with Service Desk, infrastructure teams, developers, and external partners.
• Participating in root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions to avoid incident recurrence.
• Creating and updating technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and processes.

Only candidates located in Warsaw or able to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office) are considered.
