Senior Conversion Analyst

DCV Technologies is hiring for the Senior Conversion Analyst position based in Kraków, Poland, focusing on accounting data conversion related to the State Street MCH accounting platform.

• Very good knowledge of the MCH accounting platform
• Hands-on experience with MCH accounting data conversion/migration
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• Ability to investigate and explain accounting data discrepancies
• Ability to independently manage workload and take ownership of assigned activities
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Previous fund accounting experience
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

• Prepare and review accounting migration reconciliation files
• Analyse discrepancies between accounting records and administrator data, or between different accounting data sets during inter-fund transfers
• Present reconciliation and comparison results to project stakeholders
• Independently manage smaller conversion/migration projects
• Take ownership of key activities within larger migration projects
• Coordinate with internal project teams and other stakeholders
• Complete project activities and ad-hoc requests within agreed deadlines
• Support the creation and maintenance of procedures and job aids
• Identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve conversion processes and controls
• Support knowledge transfer and cross-training within the team
• Assist with onboarding and training less experienced colleagues
