Business Analyst with KYC

• Experience in global projects and working with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of development processes and task prioritization.
• Experience in customer data integration development.
• Good understanding of end-to-end onboarding and KYC renewal processes.
• Professional English communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence.
• Experience working with software engineers.
• Knowledge of manual testing practices.

• Analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC requirements with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management.
• Manage the implementation of OBKYC solutions, focusing on onboarding or KYC renewal forms and data integrations.
• Document business and IT processes through thorough analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to advise and support onboarding and KYC-related queries.
• Influence product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and provide solutions for global business needs.
• Identify and report risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the OBKYC BA team to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Promote cross-region teamwork through collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with architecture teams to understand the implications of decisions made.
