IT Coordinator - Luleå

Our client operates within the construction industry, seeking an IT Coordinator to support ongoing operations and project activities across Northern Sweden. The role involves establishing and supporting offices and construction sites, ensuring efficient delivery of IT infrastructure, workplace services, and end-user support according to established service processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or technical operations.
• Experience in IT support and service delivery environments.
• Participation in assignments involving site setup or on-site IT coordination.
• Ability to independently manage and drive assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Relevant IT or related education.
• Broad understanding of general IT infrastructure and workplace services.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of end-user support, networking, workplace services, and IT operations.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a private car.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Northern Sweden.
• Ability to provide on-site support at construction sites and offices.

Preferred Background:

• Experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating IT deliveries across multiple sites.
• Hands-on experience with workplace services, networking, and local IT infrastructure in distributed environments.

Site Setup & Infrastructure Coordination:

• Coordinate establishment of new offices and construction sites.
• Plan and coordinate WAN/LAN connectivity, printers, workplace solutions, telephony, and local IT services.
• Manage supplier contacts, coordinate installations and configurations.
• Support lifecycle management of construction sites and offices.
• Act as key resource within Site Setup service.
• Maintain and update site configuration information and configuration items (CIs).

On-Site IT Support:

• Provide local IT support to business users per established service management processes.
• Support construction sites and local offices.
• Coordinate local service deliveries; act as super-user for designated services and components.
• Provide guidance and best practices regarding workplace technology and IT services.
• Deliver hands-on support for workplace and end-user services, network services, office solutions, telephony services, and local IT infrastructure.

2nd Line Support:

• Act as 2nd line support for incidents and service requests within assigned services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with specialist teams and service providers.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of support processes and service quality.
