Principal Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Lead: Enterprise Networking

With over 250 employees since 2011, it delivers proofs-of-concept, product development, and production services to clients including tech startups and established players in various regions such as the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, networking software, automation, or platform engineering.
• Proven pre-sales or solutions architecture experience, carrying technical deals from initial call to close.
• Hands-on background designing or selling networking solutions for campus, branch, edge, or wide-area networks.
• Ability to conduct discovery workshops, extract requirements, and produce statements of work, timeline, and effort estimates.
• Capability to build and demonstrate proofs-of-concept, preferably using automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong working knowledge in areas including SDN, SD-WAN, campus/branch/edge architectures, routing/switching, Kubernetes networking, Terraform, Ansible, Python/Go, Netconf/YANG, OpenTelemetry, cloud and multi-cloud networking, AIOps platforms, and CI/CD automation.
• Understanding of enterprise network operations challenges and long technical sales cycles.
• Excellent workshop and presentation skills with credibility among engineering and operations leaders.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate calls with US clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience at networking or cloud-native infrastructure vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Ericsson, VMware/Broadcom, Red Hat, HashiCorp, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, IBM, or HPE.
• History of building reusable offerings or reference architectures.
• Experience supporting sales or business development as a technical lead by providing decks, profiles, and pitches.

• Be the technical lead on deals by guiding Business Development Managers on offerings and pitches.
• Own and maintain the toolkit used by the Go-To-Market team, including decks and solution write-ups.
• Evaluate and qualify enterprise-networking client opportunities.
• Lead discovery and architecture workshops focusing on automation, SD-WAN, orchestration, and AIOps to address client challenges.
• Manage proposals, statements of work, and commercial strategies to contract signature.
• Oversee hands-on technical work involving SDN, SD-WAN, Netconf/YANG, Terraform, Ansible, Python/Go, Kubernetes networking, OpenTelemetry, event-driven automation, and AIOps capabilities.
