Principal Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Lead: Data Center & AI Infrastructure Networking

The company has over 250 employees and has been operating since 2011. They help clients build new products, nurture existing ones, and provide services in production environments. Their clients include tech startups and large companies across the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• 10+ years in datacenter networking, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Real pre-sales or solutions architecture experience, carrying technical deals from first call to close.
• Hands-on experience architecting and building networking solutions.
• Ability to build and present proofs-of-concept, ideally with automation tooling such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge in several areas including Linux networking, switching, routing, SmartNIC/DPU, DPDK/VPP, FPGA acceleration, SDN data planes, Kubernetes networking, network security, virtualization, observability, and AI-infrastructure networking.
• Comfortable with enterprise procurement and long technical sales cycles.
• Ability to engage senior buyers (CIO, VP Infrastructure, VP Engineering) and present engineering depth as business value.
• Fluent English, B2 level or above.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including afternoon and evening calls for US clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience at networking or infrastructure vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, NVIDIA, Intel, Arista, Nokia, VMware/Broadcom, Nutanix, Dell, HPE, Palo Alto Networks).
• History of building reusable reference architectures or productized offerings.
• Experience working alongside sales or business development as technical lead providing decks, profiles, and pitches.

• Act as the technical lead on pursuits, providing direction on offerings and how to win deals.
• Build and maintain offering decks, solution collateral, and reference architectures for the Go-To-Market team.
• Define client profiles targeted in data-center and AI-infrastructure modernization and help qualify incoming deals.
• Run technical discovery and architecture sessions with clients alongside Business Development Managers.
• Translate infrastructure problems (latency, throughput, scale, cost) into proposals and Statements of Work, supporting commercial negotiation.
• Own solution design across data center fabric modernization, AI-inference readiness, SmartNIC/DPU offload, Linux networking and packet processing, segmentation and security, and hybrid-cloud networking.
• Guide hands-on work with DPDK, VPP, eBPF/XDP, P4, SmartNICs/DPUs, FPGA/GPU offload, SONiC, Kubernetes networking, and Open vSwitch.
