IT Team Leader

CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert providing services to global networking hardware providers, software providers, and telecoms. With fewer than 250 employees and operating since 2011, it supports clients worldwide including the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• 10+ years of IT experience including at least 5 years as IT or InfoSec Team Leader/Manager.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish (minimum C1 level).
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Atlassian.
• Experience in network administration and management.
• Experience with virtualization or cloud systems (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, oVirt, AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Broad and current knowledge of industry-leading IT solutions and business processes.
• Practical knowledge of NIS2 Directive implementation in IT operations.
• Hands-on experience maintaining Information Security Management Systems compliant with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Junos OS (EX, SRX).
• Experience with Ubiquiti devices.
• Networking or system administration certifications (JNCP/CCNP, CompTIA/RHCA).
• Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash, Google Apps Scripts) and automate tasks (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins).
• Internal Auditor ISO 27001 certification and audit experience.

• Maintain a holistic understanding of business processes and their IT impact.
• Ensure IT infrastructure, processes, and team workflows comply with the NIS2 Directive and AI Act.
• Manage IT Administration team with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Conduct security, privacy, and risk assessments for software, AI tools, and third-party solutions before adoption.
• Establish secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards for AI-driven projects.
• Support maintenance and improvement of the Information Security Management System according to ISO/IEC 27001.
• Track cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements and update policies, systems, and workflows accordingly.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks related to emerging technologies.
• Manage IT budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor relationships.

Candidates must have professional proficiency in English and Polish at minimum C1 level.
