QA Specialist

uPacjenta creates an application that facilitates ordering home blood sampling, promoting health prevention and improving access to tests in Poland. The role is part of a product team with stable composition and low turnover, emphasizing open communication, knowledge sharing, and effective cross-team collaboration.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a manual tester, QA specialist, test engineer, or software quality specialist
• Experience in testing web applications on various devices, resolutions, and browsers
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and testing tools such as Chrome Dev Tools, Browserstack
• Experience preparing test scenarios and reporting test results
• Knowledge and use of AI-powered tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Antigravity) in daily work and testing
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage task priorities and self-organize time
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive approach to tasks
• Openness to technical development

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of one automated e2e testing tool such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Basic knowledge of a programming language
• Experience working with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing

• Participate in the entire software development process including product workshops, specification discussions, and implementation of solutions
• Collaborate closely with two product teams to ensure high quality software delivery
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test scenarios
• Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing in test environments, including preparing test data and reporting test results
• Maintain and develop e2e tests with Playwright (optional after onboarding and application familiarization)
• Support the team in delivering solutions for stakeholders, including instructions, demos, and training
• Analyze and test to reproduce bugs reported from the production environment
• Support the development team in user support and system error analysis
