DWH Analyst

Transition Technologies MS is an international company working on global Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.

• Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience as a <strong>DWH Analyst</strong>, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar.
• Good understanding of business requirements analysis and ability to translate business needs into data and analytical solutions.
• Practical experience with <strong>SQL</strong> for data analysis, querying, and validation.
• Good understanding of <strong>Data Warehouse</strong> concepts and architecture.
• Knowledge of <strong>ETL/ELT processes</strong> and data integration principles.
• Working knowledge of <strong>data modeling</strong> and database design concepts.
• Experience with analytical datasets and data quality validation.
• Experience with <strong>Power BI</strong> including reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Ability to participate in stakeholder meetings to gather and clarify requirements.
• Experience preparing documentation, data mappings, analytical outputs, and insights.
• Ability to independently deliver small to medium analytical tasks.
• Experience working in an <strong>Agile</strong> delivery environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• English at minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred.
• Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of <strong>Snowflake</strong>.
• Advanced knowledge of <strong>Power BI</strong> and/or <strong>Power Apps</strong>.
• Practical knowledge of <strong>Python</strong>.
• Knowledge of <strong>Artificial Intelligence</strong> methods.
• Experience with IT compliance, internal controls, or external audits such as SOC or SOX.

• Conduct end-to-end business and data analysis, from understanding business needs to defining and validating analytical requirements.
• Gather, clarify, and document business, functional, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear analytical specifications, data requirements, and use cases.
• Analyze and profile data to validate business processes, identify data gaps, and support analytical conclusions.
• Support the design and development of Data Warehouse structures, data flows, and analytical datasets.
• Work with ETL/ELT processes and contribute to improving data integration and transformation logic.
• Use <strong>SQL</strong> to analyze, query, validate, and reconcile data.
• Support the design of data models and ensure consistency between business requirements and technical implementation.
• Cooperate with development teams on the implementation of DWH and BI solutions.
• Build or support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical models in <strong>Power BI</strong>.
• Perform testing and validation of delivered data solutions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
• Support incident and problem analysis related to data, DWH, and BI solutions.
• Maintain documentation of data logic, mappings, assumptions, and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical and DWH practices.

Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
