Experienced Salesforce Developer

SimCorp is a leading provider of integrated investment management solutions with over 3,000 employees globally. The CRM team is part of Group IT Enterprise Applications, which has about 130 employees across several locations including Denmark, the Philippines, and Poland. The department manages cloud-based internal applications with technologies including Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Atlassian, Microsoft Fabric, and Boomi. SimCorp is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group and recently merged with Axioma.

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Several years of relevant experience in a similar position within an international and agile environment
• Broad knowledge and experience with the Salesforce object model, platform configuration, and development using Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, Process Builder, Platform Events, Lightning App Builder
• Familiarity with one or more Salesforce Clouds: Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Case Management, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, etc.), Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud/Agentforce (Quote-to-Cash, product and price rules, Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, Procedure Plan Apex Hooks), or equivalent CPQ implementations
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Next and/or Account Engagement) and Data Cloud; Agentforce experience is ideal but not required
• Development skills with Lightning Web Components (LWC), legacy Aura, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, VS Code, SFDX, or Force.com IDEs
• Strong understanding of governor limits and bulkification
• Security awareness regarding sharing/security models, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and FLS/CRUD
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release management using tools like Copado or Gearset
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills bridging IT and business
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Available to work in EMEA time zone

• Communicate and interact with business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements
• Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform and related ecosystem apps
• Provide input to application strategies and architectural designs
• Test the stability and functionality of the application
• Maintain the platform, troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Produce documentation and perform operational handover
