• Student in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of studies
• Prior professional experience or significant experience in a student organization
• Very good organization of work
• Quick learning of new topics
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Ability to break unclear problems into concrete actions
• Ability to meet deadlines and enforce arrangements
• Responsible for bringing topics to completion
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and documents
• Effective communication with various people
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, information organization, problem analysis, document preparation, automating repetitive tasks, and faster problem-solving

Nice to have:

• Activity in student organizations, scientific clubs, or leading large projects
• Experience in project or team management
• Experience in consulting, startup, fund, tech company, or fast-growing organization
• Very good Excel knowledge
• Ability to independently search information and solve problems
• Above-average interest in using AI at work

• Organize problems and backlog
