Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns, solve complex problems, and implement corrective actions.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
- Practical experience with SAP and warehouse or inventory management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in working with operational data and KPI reporting.
- Very good written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with confidence to escalate risks and follow through.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
Obowiązki
- Perform and document daily reconciliation between third-party warehouse management systems and Wella SAP/ERP, resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory issues and IDoc flows, investigate transaction delays and errors.
- Investigate master-data accuracy and escalate system issues.
- Maintain inventory record accuracy through reporting, discrepancy analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Control stock movements, transfer postings, adjustments, and ensure accurate cycle count reflections in SAP.
- Analyze inventory gains/losses, damaged, obsolete, blocked stock and fluctuations; coordinate resolution.
- Monitor product freshness, stock allocation, last-selling-date compliance, returns, and adjustments.
- Ensure inventory bookings and goods movements comply with procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor replenishment plans, inbound discrepancies, and align with stakeholders.
- Support product customization stock movements and inventory recordkeeping.
- Prepare inventory KPI reports and maintain a transparent action tracker.
- Ensure compliance with Wella SOX controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Collaborate with distribution centers, 3PLs, IT, Master Data, and Quality teams to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Provide additional analysis as requested to improve efficiencies.
