Senior Test Data Manager

The role is within the Banking industry, specifically supporting the Home Journey project focused on Test Data Management (TDM).

• 10+ years of experience in Testing, QA, or Data Management.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Test Data Management processes and governance.
• Experience with data masking and anonymization.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with End-to-End testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms, and distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting TDM assessments and designing TDM strategies and operating models.
• Hands-on knowledge of data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning, and provisioning approaches.
• Experience and understanding of mainframe systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience with Informatica TDM.
• Knowledge of Broadcom TDMS.

• Knowledge of AI-driven test data generation and quality engineering.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector.

• Define and implement a comprehensive Test Data Management strategy and governance model.
• Establish ownership models, roles, responsibilities, and operating frameworks across ARTs and teams.
• Create TDM policies covering data provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles.
• Define KPIs and reporting to measure TDM effectiveness in collaboration with the Central Data Provisioning team.
• Assess current test data processes, tools, responsibilities, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies.
• Map critical business journeys and related data dependencies.
• Design the target TDM operating model and establish self-service capabilities for delivery teams.
• Define automated test data provisioning approaches and integrate TDM into CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable on-demand test data generation and refresh processes.
• Drive proofs of concept, pilot activities, and lead TDM rollout and adoption across the Home Journey.
• Support test automation and AI-driven quality engineering initiatives.

Location requirement: Poland (Warsaw or Tricity) with 2–3 days office presence per week.
