Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & JavaScript)

We are recruiting for Acrisure, a global fintech and insurance solutions company significantly expanding in Poland through a new operational hub in Gdańsk. The office supports Acrisure's international operations including Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity and HR. Acrisure operates in 19 countries, employs ~20,000 people, and generates approximately $5 billion in annual revenue.

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience integrating applications and working across multiple technology layers.
• Knowledge of or motivation to learn enterprise platforms such as Palantir and ServiceNow.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Build modern web applications and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with SQL databases and data-driven solutions.
• Develop and support workflow automation and business process improvements.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to system integration initiatives across cloud, enterprise, and third-party platforms.
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Learn and develop expertise in Palantir and/or ServiceNow platforms.
