ServiceNow Logik CPQ Engineer

SNI is hiring a ServiceNow Logik CPQ Engineer with expertise in telecommunications product catalog management and Quote-to-Order processes. The role involves working extensively with Logik CPQ and ServiceNow solutions.

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Logik CPQ.
• Practical experience in product catalog configuration, complex product modeling, and commercial offer bundling.
• Hands-on expertise building configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic.
• Proven experience integrating and troubleshooting Logik CPQ via REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Professional English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Nice to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT) or Product Catalog Management.
• Industry experience in telecommunications product catalog management and end-to-end Quote-to-Order processes.
• Direct experience integrating Logik CPQ platforms with ServiceNow solutions.
• Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow SOMT Accreditation or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

• Configure and manage product catalogs, product models, complex bundles, and commercial offer structures within Logik CPQ.
• Implement configuration rules, validation logic, dependencies, and dynamic pricing rules to support custom quotes and offers.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using Logik CPQ Open APIs (REST APIs).
• Support Quote-to-Order and order management workflows across enterprise and telecommunications product lines.
• Integrate Logik CPQ with ServiceNow modules, including Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT) and Product Catalog Management.
• Collaborate within Agile / SAFe delivery teams to design, implement, and maintain CPQ capabilities.
