Understanding of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management processes
Hands-on experience in preparing project documentation, presentations, and delivery materials
Ability to gather and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders and translate it into structured processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks
Experience working across different teams and coordinating stakeholder activities
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Structured and analytical approach to documentation and process development
Fluent English, both written and spoken

Support the definition of ICT disruption scenarios and link them to relevant Critical or Important Functions (CIFs)
Support creation and development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning framework and templates
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and complete ICT Business Continuity Plans
Collect, structure, and consolidate input from different teams and stakeholders
Track actions and decisions resulting from workshops and project meetings
Coordinate follow-up activities and provide timely updates to the Delivery Lead for project reporting
Collaborate with the DORA programme to align ICT BCPs with relevant CIFs
Prepare project documentation, presentations, procedures, and supporting materials
Support continuous improvement of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience processes
