Senior System Analyst

Scalo provides software projects and supports business development using IT services, including technology consulting, software creation, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis and IT projects involving AI/ML technologies.
• Experience designing business processes using UML and BPMN.
• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Confluence, and Jira tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and system design approaches such as microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to model data structures and communication between systems.
• Experience analyzing existing and designing new interfaces.
• Understanding of AI models basics including fine-tuning, embeddings, context windows, RAG, and language model limitations.
• Higher technical education preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Automation or related fields.

• Participate in a banking sector project involving analysis and refining business requirements for document processing and analysis.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for AI-based solutions.
• Define use cases and business processes supported by the platform.
• Assess business change impacts on platform architecture and functionalities.
• Develop solution concepts using AI/LLM models for extraction, classification, search, and data interpretation from documents.
• Define requirements for structured and unstructured document processing.
• Design AI function logic including semantic search, content summarization, information extraction, and language simplification.
• Prepare analytical documentation, functional specifications, and use case descriptions.
• Model system requirements, interfaces, and integration flows.
• Coordinate scope of changes between business and technical stakeholders.
• Define quality and business criteria for AI functionalities.
• Analyze effectiveness of document data extraction and interpretation processes.
• Identify optimization areas regarding quality, process efficiency, and user experience.
• Analyze market trends and identify AI technology applications in document processing.
• Conduct analytical workshops and gather user requirements.
• Agree on requirements and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Prepare analytical materials and business decision support recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI, development, UX teams, and business owners on platform development directions.

Work mode is hybrid, including one day per week presence in the Warsaw office.
