Regular Fullstack Developer - React & Python (f/m)

InTechHouse (SoftBlue) is a company that develops modern IT solutions and innovative programming and IoT projects. They operate a modern Research and Development Center and work on projects in regulated industries such as medical, telco, oil & gas, and aerospace.

• Minimum 6 years of commercial fullstack experience.
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid Python experience including async programming and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Good command of relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Daily use of Docker and Git.
• Habit of writing automated tests.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Next.js, Redux, Tailwind, MUI, shadcn/ui.
• Knowledge of WebSocket, MQTT, GraphQL subscriptions.
• Familiarity with Neo4j, AWS Lambda, AppSync, Cognito, DynamoDB.
• Experience with micro-frontends (single-spa), computer vision (OpenCV), and Stripe integration.

• Build and ship features across the full stack using React + TypeScript on the frontend and Python (async, FastAPI, AWS Lambda) on the backend.
• Design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, including real-time features.
• Model and query data in PostgreSQL and graph/document databases.
• Implement UI from Figma designs in collaboration with designers and backend engineers.
• Maintain a strong testing culture using pytest and Jest, and participate in code reviews.
• Work with Dockerized and cloud-native (AWS) setups.
