Recruitment Specialist

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub
• Strong understanding of the Polish IT market including SDLC, tech stacks, and key technical roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive mindset focused on team goals and continuous improvement
• Very good command of English (minimum B2), spoken and written
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to enhance recruitment workflow

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Running full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles to meet client project needs
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams by understanding and prioritizing recruitment needs
• Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to engage passive candidates, including niche specialists
• Managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously with accurate ATS data maintenance and reporting
• Staying informed on technology trends, local IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks to advise stakeholders
• Proposing and implementing improvements to Talent Acquisition processes and mentoring team members
• Ensuring a high standard of candidate experience and actively supporting employer branding through events and meetups
• Integrating AI and automation tools into sourcing and hiring workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency
