Senior DevOps Engineer (m/k)

• Strong Linux and production operations experience.
• Knowledge of Docker and either Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to automate with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bash or Python.
• Troubleshoot networking issues and clearly explain technical decisions.
• Proficiency in Polish and English for day-to-day project communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience with high availability.
• Infrastructure cost optimisation.
• Security audits.
• MLOps experience.

• Build, automate and maintain reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, security, backups and incident response.
• Review solutions for stability, cost and long-term maintainability.
• Work with engineers, developers, QA, Project Managers and clients to solve problems across projects.
• Share knowledge and help develop consistent technical standards.

For the first two months, preferred presence four days a week in the Łódź office; afterward, office visits are less frequent and arranged around project needs. Weekly on-call rotation participation after onboarding, with tools like Better Stack and PagerDuty used.
