GenAI Developer (Python+React)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of the Pentacomp Group, delivering IT solutions and technology services for enterprises and public sector institutions for nearly 30 years. They work on projects supporting clients' digital transformation by combining experience with modern technologies. This role is within an insurance industry project focused on AI agents, document automation, and integration with insurance process systems.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Developer
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI, including production deployments
• Strong knowledge of Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js
• Practical experience with Azure Blob Storage, Azure AI Foundry, and Document Intelligence services
• Experience working with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI agent orchestration tools
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context engineering
• Good knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Practical experience in MLOps with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with the Azure platform
• Familiarity with NLP/OCR techniques and unstructured data processing
• Knowledge of AI Governance and AI Act topics

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search or Power Platform
• Azure certifications such as DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and related processes
• Experience with Kafka or ESB-class solutions

• Develop and enhance applications with React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Develop and integrate AI agents into applications
• Design orchestration of AI agents using LangChain or LangGraph
• Integrate applications with insurance policy systems, CRM, DMS, rating engines, broker portals, and Outlook
• Build data extraction processes from broker documents
• Prepare solutions using NLP/OCR and unstructured data
• Deploy applications on Azure with containers and CI/CD
• Develop MLOps processes using tools like Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Work on prompt engineering and context engineering for AI solutions
