Teams- und Exchange Administrator Schwer. Cloud (m/w/d)

emagine Polska is hiring for a Teams and Exchange Administrator role based in Munich, focusing on administration and development of Microsoft 365 services to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration within the company.

• Completed university degree in information technology or equivalent qualification
• Certifications in the Microsoft environment
• Experience administering Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams telephony
• Experience using PowerShell to automate administrative tasks
• Experience with identity and access management, e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, and understanding of security and compliance functions in Microsoft 365

Nice to have:

• Experience with hybrid environments (Exchange Hybrid)
• Basic knowledge of network and security concepts
• Basic knowledge of MDM

• Administration, operation, and development of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams telephony within a Microsoft 365 environment
• Management of user accounts, mailboxes, groups, Teams policies, and email routing/security policies
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of messaging and collaboration services
• Automation of administrative tasks via PowerShell and support for migrations such as tenant migrations
• Implementation of security, compliance, and governance requirements including technical documentation
