• Proven experience as a Business Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process design and improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
• Understanding of technology architecture and its relation to business processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their application in business.
• Experience in risk management or financial services.
• Knowledge of modular design principles.
• Previous involvement in large-scale transformation projects.

• Understand the underlying business problem rather than simply documenting initial stakeholder requests.
• Break complex problems into manageable, logical business components for incremental delivery.
• Define the business architecture and operating model for the future state.
• Establish the business blueprint for how the solution needs to work.
• Collaborate closely with the Technology Architect to translate the blueprint into platform, product, and technology architecture.
• Help determine technology solution requirements from business and user perspectives.
• Define the delivery sequence for capabilities, processes, and functionalities.
• Create clear business workflows detailing events, actors, triggers, and outcomes.
• Identify dependencies among business capabilities, processes, data, people, and technology.
• Translate complex architecture and transformation concepts into straightforward business language.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
