AI Business Analyst (h/f)

emagine is recruiting for its final client, seeking a Business Analyst specialized in AI to join the Data Intelligence Platform team within Transformation and Innovation.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital, data, or AI solutions.
• Experience in finance and asset management.
• Sound knowledge of agile principles and practical experience in Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills, clear written documentation, and ability to facilitate workshops.
• Full professional working proficiency in French and English.

• Organise and facilitate interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to understand objectives, current processes, pain points, and information needs.
• Document use cases, scope, expected benefits, assumptions, constraints, and success measures.
• Identify common needs across Business Units for reusable platform features.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements for developers.
• Write epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria and relevant examples.
• Continuously create, enrich, and refine the product backlog.
• Identify documents and data needed for each use case with business and data owners.
• Define functional test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain clear communication between Business Units, the Product Owner, and the delivery team.
• Collect user feedback and monitor agreed measures.

Candidates must be located in Paris.
