Recruitment Specialist

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Hands-on knowledge of direct search and sourcing methodologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other channels
• Strong understanding of the Polish IT market, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tech stacks, and key technical roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Excellent work organization with ability to handle multiple complex processes in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive mindset focused on team goals and continuous improvement
• Very good command of English (minimum B2), spoken and written
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., GenAI, automated sourcing assistants) to optimize recruitment workflows is a strong asset

• Running full recruitment cycles for a wide variety of technical and niche roles to meet client project needs
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Staffing teams to understand, qualify, and prioritize recruitment needs
• Utilizing advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and strategic networking to reach passive candidates
• Managing multiple complex recruitment processes and ensuring data accuracy in ATS
• Reporting recruitment funnel progress and metrics to internal stakeholders
• Staying updated on technology trends, IT market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks to advise stakeholders
• Proposing and implementing improvements to Talent Acquisition processes and mentoring team members
• Ensuring high standard of candidate experience and supporting employer branding efforts through events and meetups
• Integrating AI and automation tools into sourcing and hiring workflows to improve efficiency
