Product Manager

Reffine is offering a role to own a B2B vehicle inventory and stock management platform used globally by automotive manufacturers, their national sales companies, and dealer networks across multiple markets.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in software development
• Mandatory experience with B2B products; multi-tenant or multi-market platforms are a strong plus
• Comfortable working with integration-heavy and data-heavy products, including data feeds and third-party system integrations
• Excellent communication skills in English (client communication, documentation, Jira) and Polish (team collaboration)
• Skilled in gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements
• Proven ability to balance conflicting expectations between clients, stakeholders, and development teams
• Strong process management skills with understanding of agile methodologies
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and products in a growing company
• Curiosity about AI's impact on product work and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude

Nice to have:

• Automotive, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace domain experience
• Operational knowledge of Jira and Notion

• End-to-end ownership of the product from discovery to release and adoption
• Conduct discovery with enterprise stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis
• Own the roadmap, prioritization, and decision-making on feature scope and sequencing
• Translate high-level needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and epics
• Collaborate with design and engineering on feature definition and team unblocking
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and delivery pace with the project manager
• Identify and mitigate product and delivery risks early
• Maintain product and business documentation in Notion and Jira
• Support pre-sales and client-facing activities including demos and scoping workshops
• Contribute to the product's AI direction by integrating product data with AI assistants and agents
• Support company-wide initiatives for product growth, scalability, and strategic alignment

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Rocket Jobs oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
