Wymagania
- Experience in administration and configuration of Jira and Confluence (Data Center version).
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools within Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of JQL and basic functions in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating integrations using REST API and web services.
- Experience working with development and business teams to understand their needs.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical approach.
- Experience handling internal client requests and resolving issues.
Nice to have:
- Certifications confirming knowledge of Atlassian.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Interest in development towards DevOps and automation.
Obowiązki
Administration and configuration:
- Administration, configuration, and optimization of Jira and Confluence (Data Center).
- Performing updates and managing plugins for Jira and Confluence.
Automation and integrations:
- Designing and implementing automation for processes, dashboards, and reports.
- Creating integrations with other applications.
System monitoring and support:
- Monitoring performance and security of Atlassian systems.
- Managing user access and permissions.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence users.
Documentation:
- Preparing technical documentation.
