EDI Project Manager

Aperam Global Service Poland Sp z o.o. is an international company involved in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementation and support projects, working closely with commercial teams, customers, and subcontractors in an agile environment.

• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, IT, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of EDI; experience with SAP is considered an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus

Take in charge EDI implementations for new customers:

• Organize projects with stakeholders
• Review business processes and design target messages to implement
• Drive projects with all stakeholders
• Design and approve implemented solutions
• Perform change management

Manage evolutions for EDI integrations:

• Analyze current processes, gather business requirements, propose solutions
• Produce functional specifications for IT and suppliers
• Perform user acceptance tests of developed mappings
• Deploy solutions, communicate and train users

Manage the functional support for EDI integrations:

• Support commercial team to identify causes of errors and assist if necessary
• Collaborate with IT support (level 1) and customer IT teams to handle incidents appropriately
