Architekt IT/Programista Fullstack

• Minimum 3 years experience in Data Science / AI, including at least 1 year in production solution deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Advanced knowledge of Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js for full stack application development.
• Practical experience in building and deploying systems based on LLM and AI agents.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Blob Storage, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL with effective data handling skills.
• Practical experience in MLOps, including Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with NLP/OCR techniques and unstructured data processing, especially documents.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act concepts.
• Higher education degree in technical fields such as IT, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to structure complex problems, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive attitude with responsibility for solutions from concept to deployment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Langgraph.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.

• Developing the Underwriter OS application featuring frontend in Next.js/React and backend in Python/FastAPI.
• Designing, building, and enhancing AI agents supporting underwriting processes.
• Developing orchestration mechanisms for AI agents using LangChain/LangGraph and integrating them with the application.
• Translating underwriting guidelines and rules into instructions and processes executable by AI agents.
• Designing and developing automated data extraction and processing from broker documents using NLP/OCR technologies.
• Integrating the solution with key business systems such as policy administration, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook.
• Creating and developing solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, and Blob Storage.
• Containerizing solutions and deploying them on Microsoft Azure with CI/CD processes.
• Collaborating with business and technical experts to design new AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Co-creating a new underwriting operating model through process automation, artificial intelligence, and modern cloud technologies.
