Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with business processes in Accounting, Shared Services, or a similar environment.
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, including working with global stakeholders and technical documentation.
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, and Power Query.
- Experience automating finance or accounting processes.
- Practical understanding of one or more accounting areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Curious about new technologies and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business users and translate their needs into workable solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
- Experience working with robotic process automation (RPA) tools, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools to support automation or productivity improvements.
- Ability to analyze end-to-end processes, identify root causes, and distinguish between opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
Obowiązki
- Analyze accounting and finance processes to identify automation opportunities and improvement areas.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, and other technologies.
- Assess automation opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, implementation effort, risk, and maintainability.
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create process maps to support process analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation.
- Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and end-user support related to automation solutions.
