Senior Data Scientist

Entrada AI is a specialized consulting partner and strategic portfolio company of Databricks Ventures. They have delivered over 150 Databricks projects, mainly for Fortune 500 leaders. The company was named the Genie Partner of the Year (2026) for deploying Databricks Genie at enterprise scale, focusing on bridging AI ambition with trusted, governed data. Engineers have direct access to product roadmaps, private previews, and the teams building the Databricks platform.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; PhD is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in data science with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex and unstructured data.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills focused on delivering business value.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights driving business decisions.
• Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms for customer segmentation, demand forecasting, and recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, availability, and integrity.
• Communicate findings and insights through data visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Experiment with and evaluate new data science techniques, tools, and methodologies.
• Work with product teams to integrate data science models into production systems.
• Stay current with trends in data science, machine learning, and AI to improve processes and models.
