Paid Internship in AI Application Team (f/m)

At Bosch, the intern will join the AI Application Team, part of Bosch Digital, contributing to innovative AI-powered solutions that enrich people's lives. Bosch is a global technology company focused on quality technologies and equal growth opportunities across roles and countries.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Python, including data structures and programming fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development principles.
• Initial experience with React or similar frontend frameworks, including component-based development and basic state management.
• Practical experience using Git and understanding of version control fundamentals.
• Understanding of software engineering concepts such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Unit Testing, and Clean Code practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Practical experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and architectures.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL databases or vector databases such as Qdrant.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, including Selenium.

• Supporting the development of AI-powered applications and tools.
• Designing and implementing user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.
• Developing simple backend components and scripts in Python.
• Integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Collaborating with team members using Git and version control best practices.
• Participating in code reviews, testing activities, and technical discussions.
• Supporting the development of LLM-based and agentic solutions.
• Assisting in documenting solutions, processes, and application functionality.
• Contributing to application quality through manual and automated testing activities.
