Fund Services Business Analyst

• At least 3+ years of professional experience in Fund Services with practical knowledge of NAV calculation, validation, and accounting cycles.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Change Management or operational improvements (e.g., Lean, Agile, process re-engineering).
• Direct experience working with asset management clients on investment fund vehicles or Securities Services operations.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, instrument types, and trade lifecycle operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels.
• Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge and proficiency in MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the BABOK standard and/or relevant certifications (such as IIBA).

• Perform detailed end-to-end business process analysis and design scalable, robust solutions in response to evolving client requirements and operational needs.
• Deliver comprehensive business requirements, formulate testing strategies, prepare test plans, and execute as well as oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, and Operations, as well as external clients, ensuring infrastructure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation, operational, and project risks.
• Perform root cause analysis on common operational problems and manage ad-hoc client and business queries efficiently.
• Contribute to project plans by assessing resource requirements, dependencies, and execution timescales to ensure on-time delivery.
• Actively participate in departmental strategic planning, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hybrid working model: currently up to 2 days working at home per week.
