Senior Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer

Ework Group is offering a position focused on building the Underwriter OS application, integrating AI agents, and deploying solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

• Minimum 5 years as Developer.
• At least 3 years experience in Data Science/AI, with at least 1 year in production deployments.
• Very good knowledge of React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry.
• Knowledge of LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt and context engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Python libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow and SQL.
• Hands-on MLOps experience: Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and unstructured data handling.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Understanding AI Governance and AI Act requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search, Power Platform.
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Knowledge of insurance industry and business processes.
• Experience with integration tools: Kafka, ESB.

Underwriter OS Application Development:

• Build frontend using Next.js/React.
• Develop backend with FastAPI/Python.
• Integrate agents with the application including orchestration tools like LangChain/LangGraph.
• Integrate with systems such as policy administration, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook.
• Deploy on Azure using containers and CI/CD.

AI Agent Development:

• Build and orchestrate AI agents.
• Transform underwriting guidelines into AI agent instructions.
• Build document data extraction processes from brokerage documents.
